I have been fighting with my weight for 5 years. Going up up OH and did I say UP!

Anyhoo I am about to start eating healthier, exercising and contemplating some OTC medication.

I have about 50LBS to drop and I know it won't be easy.

So I thought it wqould be nice to have others to talk to about what I am doing right, or even wrong.

Well Update...

Been walking a mile a day. Eating healtier, Drinking water. And I gained 5 lbs??

I just don't know what is going on.

Any hints or advise?

I have lost 5 lbs now!
